About Doc
Myron Doc Downing PhD has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in Social Work, and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Counseling. He has more than 45 years’ experience as a therapist and seminar leader.
He has six years of experience in conducting a weekly live call-in radio show, followed by a live call-in TV show. He has written several books including: TAKING CONTROL OF YOUR LIFE. He has been writing about EQ, (Emotional Quotient) and how to increase your Emotional Intelligence since the 1970s.
As a retired therapist of 40 years, I understand the challenges mental health counselors face when providing high-quality care to their clients. That is why I am offering free resources to follow the purpose in the form of handouts, tests, and screening devices. These resources are designed to help you better access and support your clients and enhance your practice overall. Please feel free to use them as you see fit.
